Healthy Feet

Feet are one of the most important parts of our body. We have to stand on them, we run with them, we dance with them, we go to the mall with them, our feet take on hundreds of pounds everyday and we complain when they hurt. These feet are not only for dancing and walking. So boys and girls, start loving your feet. Exercise them from heel to toe.

Take care of your arches. As time goes by, your feet suffer the wear and tear of daily abuse, your arches start falling, which causes the toes to point upwards so your feet start to get painful: your toes, your heels, your ankles, basically the whole foot. Because of the pain, we have a tendency to walk on our heels. With the consistent daily pushing up of the arches, it will relieve and prevent the pain and make your feet stronger and healthier.

So here is how you exercise to keep the pain away. First, you start massaging under your arches (the middle part under your foot, the curvy part) every morning, then you bend each toe downwards and upwards. Continue pressing on each sides of the heel, then massage the whole foot with body lotion, hand or body cream or massage oil. Now your feet are starting to get stronger. So good luck, I hope this helps.
