Most women think that Menopause is the end of their lives, I'm here to tell you that it is the beginning of it. It's the time when your children are grown up and you're free to do anything you want, because you have reached that age.
The most important things you can do to keep your skin beautiful, to keep your posture straight is to change the way you eat and exercise. Eat a lot of greens and vegetables. Look for vegetables that is new to you. Ask questions at the market on how to cook it because you get more nourishment when it is cooked and it's easier to digest. Exercise is key to keep your muscles strong, so that you will have more energy. Change the way you think about life itself because you are starting a new one. Try to laugh about something everyday.
Sugar should be one of the main things you should remove from your diet because it ages you, and I know all of you want to look young and to sleep better. Because in Menopause, people have headaches and have trouble sleeping. Sweating at night. It is all because of too much sugar. Because I went through Menopause and I know a lot of people who went through it. As soon as they stopped the sugar, they slept well.
